Hello coworker,

I am a meat scientist, working in the Research Institute for the Biology of Farm Animals  in Dummerstorf, northeastern Germany. My research interests is the growth of adipocytes and muscle fibers in cattle and pigs with regards to meat quality. 

In August 2010 I will be in pension.
